Because we source raw Indian single donor hair in limited quantity, not every length or texture is always in stock. Availability must be confirmed before an order is finalised.

After you place an order, our team reviews the request, confirms availability and final pricing, and contacts you before anything is charged or shipped. Your order is only finalised once you approve.

We accept secure payment for Nigerian and international clients, including card and bank transfer through trusted payment providers, as well as international card and wallet options.

The payment method available to you is confirmed at checkout. No payment is taken until availability and final pricing are agreed.

The Strands Reserve operates a no refund policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. This protects the hygiene and integrity of every piece we sell.

We ask that you confirm every detail before purchasing. Our team will make sure you receive clear information about specifications, texture, length and finish in advance.

If there is a fault or a mismatch with your confirmed specification, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve it in line with our policies and applicable law.

Once your order is finalised, you will receive an order confirmation and, when your parcel is dispatched, tracking details by email or WhatsApp.

All raw Indian single donor products are clearly identified as such. Product pages set out the texture, length options, bundle specifications and, where applicable, closure and frontal dimensions.

Colours may vary slightly in photography. Natural colour 1B hair can be coloured or toned by a professional.

Lifespan depends on how the hair is worn, styled and maintained. Following our hair care guide protects your investment. Damage caused by incorrect care, chemical processing or excessive heat is not covered.
