Please be advised that by making payment of the deposit this confirms your booking and acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions.
Weddings: Require a $200 non-refundable deposit/booking fee via bank transfer to secure the wedding day.
Remaining amount is due no later than 28 days before the wedding day.
Trial payment is due prior to trial date
All payments are to be made using account details on invoice, unfortunately we don't deal with cash on the day due to tax and business management purposes.Credit card payment of final amount is possible but incurs a 3% bank fee.We do not have paypal facilities at the current time
Bookings are not secured until deposit is paid (including trials).
Deposits go towards the total invoice cost.
PARKING AND TRAVEL -
All locations requiring payment for parking, full cost of parking will be charged to the client. This includes parking at any hotel or venue requiring payment for parking at their vicinity.Parking must be paid for in full prior to the booking or on the day via bank transfer or card facilities.
Tolls fees are payable by client and will be invoiced where applicable.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND BEFORE 6AM STARTS-
All public holidays incur a 10% surcharge
A fee of $50 is charged for starts before 6am
MAKE UP AND HAIR-
Make up applications take approximately 30-60mins & hairstyling takes 30-45mins depending on the look desired.
All makeup applications & hairstyling are 1 look only, with minor adjustments if needed.
If you wish for any part of your hair or makeup to be completely redone, an additional $50 fee applies.
No refunds are given after the services has been performed for any reason.
The Style Room can not be held responsible for any reactions to the skin or face that may occur after a makeup application, or damage caused to the hair.
We always recommend trials to our clients as this is the time we can play around with styles in a more relaxed environment.
We understand a trial is an added expense so are happy for any inspiration photos and questions to be sent through at any time. Trial payments are due 7 days prior to booking and are non refundable as time is allocated and stylists organised. Trials include one look hair and one look make up. The style room is not responsible to cover retrial cost, if you change your mind on your chosen look.
Due to health and safety regulations, no other person is to touch any product or equipment belonging to The style room without consent. Please take care of children to not be present near the application area as there may be cords, hot tools, liquids, etc.
The Style room can not be held responsible to any accidents or incidents that occur to children or pets.
Any loss or damage to my products or equipment caused by the client, or any member including children and pets present in the vicinity, whether real, incidental or consequential; the cost of the replacement of these items will charged to the client. The replacement of the items is payable on the day via bank transfer or card and an invoice will be sent to the customer within 24 hours.
Application and styling with extensions incur a $25 charge. This charge covers the added time required to style extensions, added pins and products.
It a minimum of 4 adults per stylist, if you require more stylists and do not meet these minimums there is a $50 call out fee per stylist.
Stylists are allocated depending on availability, if you would like to request a certain stylist please include in quote request or email.

Cancellations within 1 month full payment is require/ not refunded
If numbers are decreased within 4 weeks of wedding date there is a $30 per person cancellation fee, stylists are booked for total numbers at 4 weeks out.
Text messages and emails are not a reliable form of contact for cancellations at short notice.
Booking fees are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled at any time.
